The tonkotsu broth and noodles didn’t quite land for me - the flavors felt separate instead of coming together into that deep, rich harmony I associate with good tonkotsu. Each element seemed to stand on its own, leaving the bowl a bit underwhelming. That said, my wife’s shio ramen was fairly good, which makes me think there’s still promise here. I’ll need to come back and try a few more bowls before I can really judge how the new direction holds up.- Comida

ramen was ok. agedashi tofu was not the dish at all.. more like deep fried tofu katsu with zero sauce in very old reused smelly oil
